How do I book a workshop?

To secure your place on our weekend programs, you book online and pay a deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is paid on arrival, before the workshop begins. For the day trips pay the whole fees online.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit amount is clearly shown at checkout. It is deducted from the total price of the workshop.

When do I pay the remaining balance?

The remaining balance is due on arrival, before the first session starts.
If the balance is not paid on arrival, we reserve the right to refuse participation and treat the booking as a no-show, with the deposit retained.

What is your cancellation policy?

More than 30 days before the start date:
You may cancel free of charge. The deposit is fully refunded.
Within 30 days of the start date:
The deposit is non-refundable.
For day trips it is 24 hours before the start day the fee is fully refunded, after the fee is non/refundable

Can I change my booking dates?

Yes.

You may reschedule once, free of charge, up to 15 days before the workshop start date.
Changes requested within 15 days of the start date result in the loss of the deposit.
For day trips you can reschedule 24 hours before the start day, after you loose your fee.

All date changes are subject to availability.

What happens if you cancel or reschedule the workshop?

Workshops require a minimum of 3 participants to run.

If this minimum is not met, we reserve the right to:

Cancel the workshop, or
Offer you an alternative date.

In both cases, your deposit or fee will be fully refunded if you choose not to reschedule.

What happens if I don’t show up?

If you do not attend the workshop or fail to pay the remaining balance on arrival, the booking is treated as a no-show and the deposit or the fee is forfeited.

Will I receive my ceramic pieces before I leave?

Due to the firing process, some finished pieces are not ready before departure.
Completed works can be shipped to you for an additional cost, calculated based on size, weight, and destination.
This also helps you travel lighter and avoid luggage concerns.
On the day trips we will use special air dry clay which you can take home with you straight after the workshop.

What time should I arrive and leave?

For weekend programs participants must arrive no later than 4:00 pm on Day 1.
The final session ends by 7:00 pm on the last day, allowing time for evening or late-night departures, depending on flight availability.
