Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment: Bookings are confirmed upon payment , which secures the reservation. Cancellation: Cancellations must be communicated in writing. More than 14 days before the start date: Free cancellation. The deposit will be fully refunded. 14 days or less before the start date: The fee is non-refundable and retained as compensation for organisational costs. No further charges apply. Changes to Booking Dates: One reschedule is permitted up to 14 days before the start date, subject to availability. Changes requested within 14 days of the start date will result in loss of the fee. Rescheduled bookings must take place within the same calendar year unless otherwise agreed. Minimum Participants: A minimum of three (3) participants is required for the program to operate. If the minimum is not reached 20 days before workshop start date, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the program. In this case, participants may choose between: rescheduling to an alternative available date, or a full refund of the deposit. No additional compensation will be payable. No-Show: Failure to attend without prior notice, or failure to pay the remaining balance on arrival, will be treated as a no-show. No refunds or credits will be issued. Program Changes: Minor changes to the schedule, venue, or instructors may be made for operational reasons and do not entitle the participant to cancel, provided the overall nature of the experience remains unchanged. Force Majeure: If the program cannot take place due to circumstances beyond our control, participants will be offered a reschedule. Refunds will be issued only where required by applicable law. Acceptance: By completing a booking, the participant confirms acceptance of these conditions. These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights under Spanish law.
